You are responsible for your actions in using this application and/or related services. Strictly comply with the content of this Agreement and the following obligations in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations, and rules: (1) Do not transmit or post:言论 that incite resistance to or subversion of the constitution and laws, administrative regulations; speech that incites the overthrow of the state power or the socialist system; speech that incites national division or undermines national unity; speech that incites ethnic hatred, discrimination, or undermines national unity;

(3) Do not use this application and/or related services to engage in money laundering, theft of trade secrets, theft of personal information, or other illegal and criminal activities;
(4) Do not interfere with the normal operation of this application and/or related services, and do not intrude into this application and the national computer information system;
(5) Do not transmit or post any illegal, criminal, harassing, defamatory, insulting, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or uncivilized information or materials;
(6) Do not transmit or post any information or speech that harms the national, social, and public interests and involves national security;
(7) Do not instigate others to engage in the behaviors prohibited in this article;
(8) Do not use the account registered in this application and/or related services for profit-making business activities;
(9) Do not post any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, such as copyright and trademark rights, or other legal rights.
If you violate this Agreement, Shanghai Maigen Trading Co., Ltd. has the right to independently decide, based on its own judgment or the needs of laws and policies, and may choose to suspend or terminate your application usage license and stop corresponding technical services without prior notice to you, including but not limited to restricting, freezing, or terminating account usage measures, and you shall bear the consequences of not being able to use it yourself; and (2) to resort to administrative enforcement agencies or judicial authorities to pursue corresponding legal responsibilities. If any third party is damaged due to your violation of this Agreement, you shall bear the responsibility independently; if Shanghai Maigen Trading Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies suffer losses, you shall also compensate according to the law.

All intellectual property rights of all versions, technologies, programs, materials, props, and information content ("built-in information content", including but not limited to product functions, human-computer interfaces, operation steps, trademarks, patents, computer software works, etc.) of this application and/or related services belong to our company, our company's partners, our company's licensees, or our company's affiliated companies. Our company and its affiliated companies' various usage licenses to you shall not be deemed as a transfer of part or all of their intellectual property rights to you under any circumstances. Any materials and other built-in information content you download and use through this application are limited to your personal entertainment, learning, research, or appreciation, and without our written consent, they shall not be used for any commercial purposes. Without our clear written special authorization, no one may use and provide, disclose, photocopy, copy, sell, assign, license, market, publish, preach, transfer, dispose of, or utilize any content or services provided on this application and/or related services for any purpose, otherwise, our company will pursue economic compensation and other tort legal responsibilities according to relevant laws and regulations. If you do not comply with this Agreement or have other illegal or malicious use of this application and/or related services, our company reserves the right to pursue legal responsibilities.

Some features and services in this application (such as: one-click login with phone number, Face++ intelligent skin analysis interface) are provided by third parties. You understand that our company is a neutral platform, and the features and services provided by third parties are independently operated by the third party and bear corresponding responsibilities within the scope of legal responsibility. You should carefully read the third-party product introduction and platform rules (refer to "Ai Mirror AI Skin Analysis Device Privacy Policy Third-Party Information Data Sharing List"), and choose third-party services cautiously. Otherwise, if a dispute arises from the third party's use of your personal information, or if the third party violates relevant laws, regulations, or the agreement, or if you suffer losses during the use of the third-party features and services, please negotiate with the third party to resolve, which is unrelated to our company.

This application and/or related services may include advertisements. During the use of this application, you may receive advertising information issued by our company, its affiliated companies, or third-party partners. Our company and its affiliated companies fulfill their obligations according to the law after the publication of advertising information, such as conducting legal reviews of advertising content according to the "Advertising Law". At the same time, you should independently judge the authenticity of the advertising information and be responsible for your own judgment.

If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should read and agree to this Agreement under the supervision and guidance of your guardian and with the guardian's consent before using this application and/or related services. Minors should use this application and/or related services under the supervision and guidance of their guardians and use this application reasonably within a reasonable range.

1. Our company does not guarantee that this application and/or related services can definitely meet your needs, nor does it guarantee that this application will not interrupt services. This application will try its best to improve the accuracy of skin monitoring and analysis and the precision of skin care recommendations, but it does not guarantee that the monitoring effects are 100% accurate, nor does it guarantee that skin care recommendations are 100% effective. The Ai Mirror AI Skin Analysis Device services provided by this application (including but not limited to skincare product recommendations, care method recommendations, medical beauty care, lifestyle recommendations, etc.) are based on your skin monitoring and the analysis results of the current skin monitoring, and the current knowledge reserve, without guaranteeing the timeliness, security, accuracy, and completeness of the services. Please choose carefully before making lifestyle, skin care, and medical beauty care actions. All results produced by using the services of this application are borne by you, and our company does not bear any responsibility for this.
2. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will make every effort to ensure the security, effectiveness, accuracy, and reliability of this application and the technology and information involved. However, due to the limitations of existing technology, you understand that we cannot guarantee this. In view of the particularity of network services, we have the right to change, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services according to the overall operation of this application or related operation specifications, rules, etc. In order to provide you with better services, we have the right to regularly or irregularly inspect, maintain, upgrade, etc., the platform or related equipment providing this application. Such situations may cause the related services to be interrupted or suspended within a reasonable time, and our company does not bear the responsibility for the losses you suffer as a result, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
3. The use of this application and/or related services will be affected by the following force majeure or other factors, including but not limited to: political reasons, social environment, natural disasters, economic crises, computer viruses or hacker attacks, server or system instability, your special location, any technical capabilities, network quality and communication lines, computer failures, and other circumstances that our company cannot control or reasonably foresee (hereinafter collectively referred to as "exempt reasons"). If the above exempt reasons cause you losses, our company is exempted within the scope allowed by law and policy, but if the above exempt reasons occur, our company will repair or remedy in time and to the maximum extent possible within the first time and within its capabilities.

1. You understand and agree that based on the adjustment of our business strategy, we may change the content of this application and/or related services, and we may also interrupt, suspend, or terminate the services.
2. In the event of our merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer, we may transfer the relevant assets under this Agreement to a third party; we may also transfer part or all of the services and corresponding rights and obligations under this Agreement to a third party for operation or fulfillment after unilaterally notifying you. The specific transferee is subject to our notice.
3. If any of the following circumstances occur, we have the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of services to you without notice:
（1）You violate the provisions of relevant laws and regulations or the agreement of this Agreement;
（2）According to the provisions of laws and regulations, the requirements of judicial authorities or competent departments;
（3）For safety reasons or other necessary circumstances.

1. You agree to protect and maintain the interests of our company and our partners. If any of the following circumstances occur, it is considered a breach of contract by you:
（1）Violating relevant laws and regulations when using this application and/or related services;
（2）Violating this Agreement or supplementary agreements of this Agreement.
2. If your actions cause losses to us or our affiliated companies (including our own direct economic losses, reputation losses, and indirect economic losses such as compensation paid to others, attorney fees, litigation fees, etc.), you should compensate us or our affiliated companies for all the above losses. If your actions cause us or our affiliated companies to be claimed by a third party, we or our affiliated companies may recover all losses from you after bearing the obligation of monetary payment to the third party.

This user agreement is applicable to the laws of the mainland region of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this Agreement or related to this Agreement, you may resolve with us through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, both you and we agree to resolve the dispute through litigation by the People's Court with jurisdiction over the location of Shanghai Maigen Trading Co., Ltd.
